Hi, I’m Nicolle Royals, owner and founder of Royal Connections Virtual Assistant Agency. I am a graduate of Michigan State University, earning my BSA from the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, as well as an MSA from Central Michigan University. I hold multiple professional certifications in compliance and leadership. For over 20 years, I have worked as a Project and Program Manager in a variety of fields.
My experience includes managing multi-million dollar projects for companies in the steel, automotive, environmental waste management, and gas pipeline industries. Over the years, my success has fueled my desire to start my own Virtual Assistant Agency. Throughout my career, I have mastered the ability to identify problems, find solutions, and provide world-class customer service.
As a result of my ability to identify the full scope of work and build relationships with vendors, I have also been successful in negotiating the most advantageous rates for my clients.
